1 packet sausages or as per requirement ( 4 to 5 sausage pcs )
Ensure they are gluten free i.e. It should be preserved in tapioca starch or potato starch – In India Please buy the Yummiez brand, fresh from the deli or ham shop or Use the Imported tinned sausage cans
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 to 3 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
Herbs – optional: Basil or Oregano
Half and half – 1 tbsp melted butter and milk a 2 tbsp less than 1 cup
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain
Whisk together eggs, half and half, pepper and put in the cheese and browned cut sausages into this mixture
Grease a pie pan.
Pour the mixture into the pie pan.
Bake for 40-45 mins or until set. Let it stand for 10 mins.
